Orders
- There are no order minimum requirements
- We do not accept phone orders for accuracy purposes. If you would like to place a custom order please email us at info@envelope-liners.com. Please include your order details and we will put a custom listing on our website for you to review and purchase
- Non-Custom orders are processed and shipped within 5 days. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but some items that are not stocked locally may take longer to ship. If you are in a rush or would like an exact ship date please contact us at info@envelope-liners.com.
- Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt
- All replacements will be shipped via the same method as the original order. If you’d like to upgrade shipping of a damaged, stolen or incorrect order you may contact customer service for pricing information
- All custom invitations and personalized orders will ship within 10 business days of proof approval.
Shipping
- Orders ship from multiple facilities across the country. If you would like to know which location your items will ship from please contact customer service at info@envelope-liners.com
Returns
- Returns will be accepted within 60 days of purchase
- Shipping costs are not refundable unless the order is cancelled prior to shipment
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
- Personalized and or custom printed items are not eligible for return
