If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
If your items were not personalized and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your items for a full refund less shipping charges for 90 days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless there was an error on our part with your order.
If your item was personalized and there was an error on our part, you will have the choice of having your order re-printed at no charge or recieving a full refund for the item.
If your item was personalized and there was an error on your part, you will be responsible for re-ordering your personalized items. It is very important to review your proofs carefully and we always recommend having a friend or family member re-proof your items to be sure that there are no spelling or punctuation errors. Once you approve your proof, you are responsible for any errors and will be responsible for any reprinting charges associated with reprinting your items. If you notice an error after your proof has been approved, please contact us immediately. If your items have not yet been printed, we may be able to make the change for you, but we cannot guarantee it.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
To return items that have not been personalized, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note wthat we do currently ship to international destinations, but international orders must be emailed in. Our website does not calculate international shipping correctly at the moment, so shipping from the site has been turned off.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We reserve up to 5 days to process your order when you are purchasing non-personalized items. Personalized items, can take anywhere from 0-3 weeks to ship. If you have questions about the time line of your order please contact our customer service department and they will be able to give you more information on your specific order.
